• Children's Ministry Small Group Leaders to work with grades 1-6. As a small group leader you would build relationships with the kids, help in leading discussions, games, and activities that relate to the lesson. Everything you need to lead a small group is provided for you. Following are the age groups that are available to work with: Kids Zone - grades 1-3; NRG - grades 4-5; gap57 - grade 6. 714.5448 .
