Whether you are a child, a teenager, adult, or senior adult, you will not want to miss out on the many opportunities our worship ministry has to offer. You may have interest in singing in a choir, playing an instrument in the orchestra, or helping in media; whatever your interest, we have a place for you.
Have you been looking for an easy place to serve? Come JUMP IN to the Worship & Arts Ministry! From singing in the CBC Choir or on a vocal team, to playing in one of our bands or in the CBC Orchestra, or even helping on our production teams, we want you to consider jumping in and check us out. We have planned a special night of food, a quick rehearsal, and a hilarious prize for one lucky winner! Save February 5 at 6pm and come see how it looks to be on one of our teams! The Choir and Vocal Teams help lead our congregation in our worship services. They also present several special productions throughout the year in conjunction with the orchestra including Easter, Christmas, and Patriotic services.
The choir is a vital part to our Sunday morning worship as they help lead our congregation. No audition is necessary to join the choir, just a willing heart and a worshipful spirit. The choir rehearses each Wednesday night (except July and December). Rehearsals begin in room B2200 (choir rehearsal room) on the 2nd floor of B building (Calvary Central) at 6:00p on Wednesday evenings.
The Vocal Teams also play a big part in leading our congregation in worship each week. Each team sings on a rotation and there is a simple audition that takes place prior to being on the team.
This Senior Adult Choir is an integral part of our Music Ministry that sings at Calvary once each month, does outreach once a month and goes on tour every October. Rehearsals are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.

The orchestra plays a vital part in leading our congregation instrumentally in worship in all of our morning services. They also present several special productions throughout the year in conjunction with the choir including Easter, Christmas, and Patriotic services. From flutes and violins to timpani and trombones, we offer a place for every instrument. At least a high school level of proficiency is requested in order to be a part of the orchestra. Rehearsals are on Wednesday nights and begin at 6:30p in the Worship Center at Calvary Central.
The band is a critical part of leading our worship services each week and play in the 9:00a, 10:30a services at Calvary Central and at 10:30a at Calvary West. The rhythm section consists of keys, drums, bass, acoustic and electric guitars.
The production teams, though behind the scenes, are crucial to leading the people of Calvary in worship. These teams consist of audio (sound), lighting, graphics (lyrics) and video. For more information, contact Chad Conger.

Research shows that music is an important key to all areas of a child’s development. Kindermusik offers wonderful experiences in music thru movement, games, and listening. It will enhance your child’s self confidence, reasoning, creativity, and listening skills. We provide programs from newborn thru age seven. There are two, fifteen week semesters which begin in September and January.
